In-stock orders are processed within 4 to 6 business days from purchase. Made to order pieces ship within the agreed lead time, typically 12 weeks from order confirmation.

Metro NSW, VIC and QLD deliveries typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days for in-stock items. WA and SA may take a little longer. Regional areas please allow an additional 5 to 10 business days. We are unable to deliver to PO boxes.
A signature is required on delivery. If you authorise goods to be left unattended, transit insurance is voided and Troffle cannot be held liable for loss, theft or damage. If you are not available on your scheduled delivery date, redelivery will incur an additional fee. A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.
Troffle uses third party courier services and is not liable for damage or loss that occurs on the customer's premises.
International Shipping
International shipping can be arranged on request. Alternatively, you are welcome to organise your own freight. Where customers arrange their own shipping, Troffle takes no responsibility for delays, damage, or non-collection.
Pre-Orders and Made to Order
All delivery dates for pre-orders and made to order pieces are estimates and may be subject to change. Any updates will be communicated by email.
If your order arrives earlier than expected, please ensure you can accept delivery. If you need us to hold your order, storage is available free of charge for up to two weeks. A holding fee of $50 per week applies after that.
Custom and made to order pieces enter production immediately upon order confirmation and are manufactured to your specifications. As such they cannot be returned, cancelled or changed once ordered. Shipping and freight charges are non-refundable.
