All products are handmade from natural materials. Slight variations in colour, texture, and finish are inherent to the nature of handcrafted furniture and are not considered faults. Minor splitting or cracking in teak timber may occur as the wood responds to its environment. This is a natural characteristic of the material and is not considered a defect.
Warranty
Troffle's pieces are handmade by skilled artisans using natural materials. As such, slight variations, minor imperfections, and the natural movement of timber over time are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.
Natural materials including teak respond to changes in temperature and humidity by expanding and contracting. Minor cracking or splitting resulting from this process is not considered a manufacturing fault.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where goods are found to have a major fault, you are entitled to a remedy in accordance with those rights.
