Warranty
Troffle offers a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, in compliance with Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this warranty limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
To make a warranty claim, please contact us with supporting evidence such as photographs. Where a valid claim is approved, Troffle will, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected item.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused during delivery, misuse or abuse, lack of maintenance, or products that have been altered. Minor variations in size, colour, or appearance from those shown on the website are not considered defects.
All Troffle pieces are handmade from natural materials. Variations in timber grain, leather hide, and surface texture are inherent to handcrafted furniture and are not considered faults. Natural materials including teak respond to changes in temperature and humidity by expanding and contracting. Minor cracking or splitting resulting from this process is a natural characteristic of the material and is not considered a defect.
