Every Troffle piece is handcrafted to order, tailored to suit your space, your project, and your eye. We work with you and your designer to get the details right — from material selection through to scale and finish.
No minimum order for bespoke residential pieces. Commercial orders are priced per project. Leather and timber samples can be arranged on request.

Pricing & GST
All prices in this document are exclusive of GST. GST of 10% will be added to all invoices. All prices are in Australian dollars. Troffle reserves the right to update pricing at any time without notice. A tax invoice will be issued with each order confirmation.
Shipping
- Shipping from Sydney is charged at cost and invoiced separately
- Freight quotes provided on enquiry based on destination and order volume
- White glove and room-of-choice delivery available on request
- The client is responsible for all shipping costs, which Troffle can arrange on request
- International shipping available — we ship to most countries worldwide
Lead Times
- Made to order lead time: 9 to 12 weeks, confirmed at time of order
- In-stock and pre-order items have separate lead times as listed
- Pre-order dates are estimates and may vary due to port or shipping delays
- Troffle is not liable for container or transit delays
Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of ordering for standard orders
- For commercial orders exceeding $30,000: 60% upfront, 40% prior to shipment
- Payment by bank transfer (EFT)
- A confirmation email will be sent upon order placement
Cancellations & Changes
- Cancellations or changes requested in writing within 14 days of purchase accepted subject to a 15% cancellation fee
- No cancellations or changes accepted after 14 days
- Made to order pieces enter production shortly after order confirmation
Delivery & Inspection
- All items inspected by our makers before dispatch
- Inspect your order immediately upon receipt
- Any damage or defects must be reported in writing within 24 hours of delivery
Returns & Refunds
- Returns accepted only for goods that are faulty or damaged at delivery, reported within 24 hours
- No returns for change of mind
- All pieces are handmade from natural materials — slight variations in colour, texture, and finish are not considered faults
- Minor splitting or cracking in teak as the timber responds to its environment is a natural characteristic, not a defect
Warranty
- Pieces are handmade by skilled artisans — minor variations and natural timber movement are not defects
- Natural materials including teak expand and contract with temperature and humidity; minor cracking from this process is not a manufacturing fault
- Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
- Where goods have a major fault, you are entitled to a remedy in accordance with those rights
Customisation
Most pieces are available in a range of leather colours, with custom dimensions and material finishes available on request. Minimum quantities may apply for custom specifications. Leather and timber samples can be arranged before committing to an order. Contact us to discuss your project.
